The banner is well done.
You should fix the images buttons under the banner.
Please remove the marquee, it's just annoying.

For the "closed forum" you should make the King lay down as to say it's in "Check Mate".

I like your style.

I tried to fix the problem but it didnt work, how can i fix it?
The buttons are in the right, it matters when the resolution
is differente from a computer to another.

I'm keeping the marquee for global announcements.
is there any better way??? and for the closed forum i'll be looking around
for a similar button.
