Changing the fonts of forum

I want to change the fonts of the forum home my fonts are too big i saw a site which has the same skin but their fonts are small could u please check the screen shot and help me to change the fonts.

is there a way the font will auto download to someones comp if they dont have the font i used..i guess i could make it where the download will automaticaly pop up when someone logs on couldnt i?
