Is there a way to prevent it? i even banned their IP too. I wonder how do i disable that "log out" function so they can only clear cookies if they register new user. Otherwise, everytime they go in my site, their banned nick still there. I tested my site, banned user can log out, i guess that is the reason why they can create new user. Please help me.
