Message limit for private messaging

I am sure there is a mod for it but can't find it :(

anyone knows if there is a mod for avoiding members to use private messaging without x posts?

Three options I see for you:
Set up two usergroups, one with PM permissions for trusted users, one without. Then have an automatic promotion at X posts between groups.
I just now uploaded (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=148150) a PM limiter. You could change the configuration values to limit users to zero PMs per any time period until they have X posts.
There may be another plugin solution -- but I didn't see any in my quick search before writing #2.Hope that helps;
