Looking for this mod but I dont no what it is called!

Hey guys,

On this website you can see on the boards it has the desciprtions right of every board but then instead of the normal image saying new post, new thread no new posts ect it has a table with another image in.

here is an example

any ideas how I can do this? or a possible link to a mod hack :D
