How do I add opton to Edit Options

I've been searching for awhile and can't seem to find what I'm looking for. I would like to add an option to the "Edit Options" page. To be more specific I would like to add a checkbox to turn a feature on and off.

If someone could point me in the right direction, or provide a link I should be able to take it from there. Thanks in advance for any help!
