I was planning to buy a vbulletin license but if got some questions about it first:

- I want to create a website where i can post "news" about games, hacking revieuws.. alsow i want to add a download section to it.. but it must all be attached to the forum. What plugin do you advice me? because there are so much vBulletin CMS systems i don't know which one is best. and are there any tutorial which could me create a nice site and help me configurate?

All the news, etc. can be handled by different sections in your forums. The download section could be achieved by a modification, which I remember to be 'Links and Download Manager'.
