How to edit options in admin panel

Where can I edit the settings panels on the left side of the admincp?

There is a vbalinks option on the left panel but I already uninstalled it and it is still there.

delete the bitfield in the /includes/xml folder

Not the bitfield, delete the cpnav :).

What about group settings under vBulletin options. Got group mod stuff in there from pre vB 3.5 I need to get rid of.

You will need to find the uninstall instructions for that particular mod, especially because it is pre-3.5.
