Anyway to sell real-world items (i.e. tshirts) using a points system mod?

Any points mods allow users to use the point to purchase real world items? I want to install a points system and have been looking at iCash, but I don't see this ability on there. Is there another cash system, or maybe a way to do it using icash? Thanks./

Maybe create a custom purchase and have each order input a new row in a table in your database. Then look over that table to see orders.
