Perm Ban?

I tried using the serach function here but it keeps spitting back the you must use more than 3 character response even though I am using larger words but I digress.

I have a user that keeps signing up and changes his ip, it seems to be in the same range but I dont know how to perm ban it so he cant keep signing up. :mad:

Any ideas on how to resolve this and other ban functions would be appreciated

Just let him register and put his username in 'Tachy goes to the conventry'. This makes him on a global ignore list and no one can see him, etc. As long as you don't ban him, he probably won't keep creating accounts.

I am not clear on what tachy goes to the coventry is or how I implement it? Please explain, sounds interesting :)
