Is there anyway to embed flash video files (and you tube/google video) into vB posts painlesslessly?

The biggest thing is being able to post flv files that are not on either you tube or google...

You can use the search feature and type in youtube google flv, you will get a lot of results.

You can also just imbed them in the actual post as well.

Looking through these threads it seems there is alot of options for Google/You Tube (most with bugs in them) but is there a way (and can some one walk through the how to) to embed just a flv file that is not on You Tube or Google?
