When members insert smilies, the odd one or two (smilies) have this this alongside them on the right-hand side: " class="inlineimg" />

Any idea why this is happening?

just edit and change the: "Text to Replace" to something like this :smile: or :laughing: long as you use the : sign should do the trick.
