Complicated Navbar on Template

Hi, I am helping someone with their forum at the moment and we are struggling to work out how to add and change different things in the navbar.

The template I am having a problem with is a fitness template I am completly baffled on how to add and change things in the navbar.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
