Feedback Needed For 2 Of My Forums

Ok i am looking to see what everyone thinks about my 2 forums i have running.

First one is InfoTechGo.com (http://infotechgo.com) a Webmaster Forum its been up for around 2-3 months

Second one is TalkSportsOnline.com (http://talksportsonline.com) a form to talk about all and every sport there is , it sbeen up for about 2-3 weeks.
