Take Off From Navbar?

Hey guys, I was wondering if someone could help me take off a few things from the navbar. I know were all the code is, but I am scared I mess it up, can someone just give me a push on lets say, how to take off "FAQ" and "Calendar" from the navbar? Thanks.

Just add <!-- --> around what you want to disable.
