Avatar Error [PHP]

I am currently experiencing an error when I attempt to either:

(1) Upload the avatar
or
(2) Remote link to the avatar


I get this code whenever I attempt to do this:
Fatal error: Class 'vB_Upload_Userpic' not found in /home/macking/public_html/forums/profile.php on line 1898


It's a brand new vBulletin 3.6.6 installation with nothing modified.
Can anyone help?

Make sure the file 'class_upload.php' is in the includes folder and that the permissions are correct.

All fixed now, it was fixed on the upgrade to 3.6.7
