Auto edit a users double post - to make one single post.

I've seen on a couple of forums a hack that if I reply to a thread and I am already the last person that has replied it will auto-edit my previous post to include the new posts information.

Know where I can find it for VB 3.6.1?

Is a 3.5 hack, but works perfectly on 3.6
