It's not possible to answer this question. Everyone is good in one way or another

I'm hardly one of the best, but my skin is completely hand-built (see link in my sig).

I use Paint Shop Pro, HTML-Kit, and the greatest coding tool known to man - notepad. ;)

Adobe Creative Suite 3!

As for the notepad, its not doing to much for me with this vBulliten stuff, way to used to using Dreamweaver to do websites.

Too slow and uses too much memory for being used for large projects, like properly designed/coded vbulletin styles (meaning: every single item is designed, not just header/footer and few icons). I'm still using CS1 and have no plans to upgrade it.

Weird, its not to slow on my machine, and its works perfect for our massively large flash, 3d, ad, animation and web projects.

Then again I work in a totally different field, I am definitely NOT a vbulletin or a styles coder, as is evident.

Maybe you have a better PC? Anyhow, it's not slow on my computer and I use Vista (w/ Aero)...

I use Photoshop for making the images, then I go back to Ubuntu (http://ubuntu.com/) to script, design, markup, edit, etc.

The only tools you'll ever need - Photoshop and GEdit (http://www.gnome.org/projects/gedit/).

the greatest coding tool known to man - notepad.

WRONG! GEdit > All.
