I got a new game for v3Arcade...now what?

I downloaded a new game pack from v3arcade.com (there forums).

I uploaded the images and the .swf file to the appropriate place on my FTP. Now what?

How do I get the game onto my v3arcade?

Please, help, I am new to this stuff.
