As in, will they be upgrading to 3.6.6? And does this site generally have to use the latest vBulletin version?

They will sometime in the future, I think they have a life :)

Nice! Always keep up with the latest versions I see! Oh, and is vBulletin.org going to be using the Project Tools add on, as that could be probably be a useful thing for modification releases and such?

We will be looking at the tools to see if we can make use of them (for bug reporting etc). However, any such plans are at a very early stage.
