Help in remove guest from Currently Active Users

Hey guys,

I need your help here, I have a problem, I need to know how to remove

guest from currently active user, I forgot which mods did I install

to get guest to appear there, I have tried editing my mods my

keep on failing, so please help me...

any help whould be much apreciated
