I'm nervous..i have alot of hacks...so anybody have any problems?

Went out fine
Its just like upgrading from any other vB Version to your 3.6.5 same steps

ok shazz...so just upload everything from the upload folder and overwrite the files. and thats it right?

Yes...
Since it adds a new file called config.php.new
