Raffle Section Idea?

This is my raffle section on my forum:

It looks really plain, but to the point. The thing is, i am having problems in attracting my viewers to this section. This section is a big part of the forum, and i want viewers to know that. I know i don't know everything, which is why i want to see what you guys think. Do you guys have any ideas, that we can do to spice things up and make it look attracting?
