I have spent the majority of the day working on this, still a lot of work to do. The forum isn't yet active, gonna add a couple of mods over the next few days and hopefully get the site up & running again at the end of the month.
Anyway some feedback would be great.

Nice, clean, inviting. Well done.
One thing--I have no idea what the site is about.

Like i say its still work in progress and a couple of mods still need to be added to make it clear as to what the site is about (Welcome headers etc etc). These will be added over the next few days

Although a month is a long time for a few mods :p ..
Im guessing this is a site dedicated to Donk/Bouncy house music??
I don't really see why you have https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/ for Multimedia..
Also the links on your header do not work.. They could do with being seperated by | or some custom CSS 'rollover' etc..
Also more time could be spent on the logo
The username / password login box looks abit squashed..
Apart from the above things you could improve on its a nice clean layout.. Nice and easy on the eyes :)

Thanks for your comments Josh.
Yeah the site is for Donk//Scouse House/Bouncy music
The header isnt yet complete, i only started the design today and still have a lot of work to do. Im not sure how i can make the log in/password box a bit bigger. Ill try vb.com to say what they say on there.
The multimedia logo will be changed, i put that image there just so the theme looked "complete" if you like.
As for the time it will take me, the most time consuming part is re-uploading the downloads database i had on the site (all of 30GB) that will take quite a while.

I like the layout on the forumhome and everything looks neat and tidy which is a good thing but there's a few things I would consider to give certain areas some life.
For instance, The navigation menu directly underneath the logo (which doesn't seem to work for me) should be spiced up a little by adding another coloured background gradient and possibly implement icons by each link. I would abandoned this area and start afresh and designing something curvy which intergrates nicely into the logo though you may need to go into a graphics editor and get some slicing done.
Same rule for the navigation menu by the login box. I would personally tinker around in the navbar template to reorganize the layout so everything doesn't look like the standard and maybe come up with something differnt to complement that nice layout on your forumhome.
Still on the forumhome, Maybe redesign those lastpost markers for something more eyecandy and replace the images in the "what's going on " area? navbits start and I assume the navbits final will need replacing for something a little more custom.
It all looks nice but there's still a little too much blue which overppowers everything esp in the forum display. Eliminate that by introducing another colour which would break the theme out a little. Like the buttons, theres no law that states that it needs to be blue and i noticed you introduced an icon on the buttons which is good but you may want to change the base background on them andn align the text on the buttons so they look a little more uniformed.
Threadmarkers should be replace for something custom but this is minor and replacing them would take but a minute (unless your designing them yourself) in which case designing them would be a 5 minute job.
Like I said with the overpowering blue, don't let this colour dominate the style and there's no rule why icons such as the sortasc and other images needing to be blue which clashes with the background (which is also blue).
Goodluck with your forum and I do like the layout on the forumhome but it still needs tweaking. :)

Thanks for some great advice shelly, do you think it would look better if i changed the nav bar and the category headers aswell as the buttons to the same colour as the orange logo?
Also do you know of any decent mods that would help me change the layout of the navbar to make it look a little less standard, nothing too much just something different.
Thanks

Jay, just around the corner from you here (Tyneside).
I think the design is excellent. Very consistent, very clear, and more than anything very welcoming.
