How is MOTM setup?

How is MOTM setup, it at a Modification that can be installed.

I have a section for articles that people have written that I would like to users to be able to nominate articles and then be able to vote on the best articles for a given period of time.

I have searched the forum and I have searched the websites of other forums and have not seen anything similar the MOTM that is on this forum.

What I'm looking for is a modification that you have on them first post where people can nominate that mode (Mod Information).

Please let me know if this is possible?

Thank you for the reply, the staff have a notation in their profiles that they will not respond to PM(s), so I guess I just have to wait and see if one of them will reply are not? :confused:

In the meantime if anybody else knows how to do this I would appreciate some feedback?
