SMS on Database Error?

I woke up this morning to find out my site was entirely down because some how or another my cpanel's password expired or something. It wouldn't let me go into it at all, so I had to go into whm to reset the password and thus had to edit the config to get it to work. Who knows how long it was down.

I noticed that my dedicated server was capable of sending me a text message when I have a Stats/Server Overload. Is there a way to set up vBulletin to send me a text message when the database errors out?

I think some phone providers allow you to text them via email.

For example,
https://www.vtext.com/customer_site/jsp/messaging_lo.jsp

From the vBulletin end, this would be the easiest route.
