I run a music site, and I do a handful of interviews. The way I have them setup now is using HTML-posts, with the First Post on Every Page mod.

It works, but it's not pretty. I'd really like to get some kind of nifty system in place, because not only does editing them all by hand take up a decent bit of time, I don't like having HTML enabled in the forum - and it just doesn't look good, not to mention it being a Validation nightmare.
The upside is that with VBACMPS I can cycle posts in that same forum so that the front end of my site is different on each refresh.
What would/are you folks using for similar endeavors?
