When i upload the xml the site crashes

Hello i love your hack and have been trying to install it for a whole month. The issue at hand is that when i try to upload the xml file the site just freezes. Can any one help me on this?

by FTP-Uploading or by importing the product ?

Well i ftp the xml file, then i try to upload it using the product managers import file.

If you provide AdminCP+FTP access via PM, I can check this and do the installation...
