How to remove content generator from page header.

I have been trying to figure out where in VB I can make a edit to remove this from the page header it generates any page:

<meta name="generator" content="vBulletin 3.6.5" />

I have a unbranded license and was hoping to remove this from source view:

can anyone point to where I can find it, phrase and style search did not provide anything of help.
