Currently in the ModCp , a moderator/SuperModerator only allow to check the the threads or add new announcement on their forums. I am looking for a Mod that allow a Moderator able to edit/add new forums and sub-forums in the area that we set him as moderator.

That's what we call "Super-Mod"... already integrated in the system... set your prefered mods to be super-mods and give them proper permissions.
by logic, a moderator is not a creator or anything, it is a "moderator"... so it does not have any right above managing content... if you want your moderators to do your job, that's fair, so give them the proper level... Super-Mod is the name.. :)

Super mods cannot create forums, only administrators.

I just want to let that Moderator add/edit/delete extra forum in the forum that he is moderating.

Ya...am looking for that as well. Currently, the administrators in AdminCP can manage all forums but I just want the respective administrators to manage their own forum assigned to.

So what is the difference between mod and super mod when it comes to ability?

If not mistaken, the super moderator can moderate all forums, while the moderator only moderate specific forum(s) assigned to. Here, the issue is that of course if the moderate can create/delete sub-forums within the forum assigned to, then it will be pretty nice.

No, you can set a forum specific moderator, or you can just set a global one. I don't think that is the difference.

well how about we say it in this way. We going to create 5 categories and the Mod of each category allow to add/edit a forum in his/her own category, and also he/she can add a Moderator in a specific forum in that category. basically, We going to let one person have FULL control in one category as Admin to the Whole Forum.
