vBookie for only certain forums?

Hi,

I have vBookie installed on a 3.6.4 vBulletin.

I wish to allow only certain members post vBookie events, in certain forums.

I have a secondary user group for the people who are allowed to create events, but can't find a way to limit the users on a forum by forum basis.

Can this be done?
