Posts moderated if user has not reached a particular postrange

this is what i was looking for

and the one i found here is very old it was for version 2.2 and wonder if it works wit 3.6

so any new mods/hack released support that??

i want to moderate posts for new users only as some of them post bad threads

Use Promotions. Make a new usergroup with normal user settings, and make the Registered usergroup require moderation. Then setup a promotion to put users in the new group when they reach a certain post count.
