First Forum Style

Well I am looking for feedback on the design thus far. This is my first attempt at imaging for my own forum style. I usually hire people to work with me to create a PSD that I code but I finally got fed up with the design not being made how I wanted, so I figured why not do it myself.

I welcome all criticism whether it being suggestions on different colors, different layout, etc. If you do suggest alternate colors, please state where those colors would look best.
