Upgrading from 3.0.3 to 3.6.5

When I upgrade my vBulletin, what can I expect the new software to overwrite?

Will it cancel all of my template changes? Will I lose the customized phrases, etc?

What about my two current templates? Will they still be installed?

My arcade? etc etc?

Expect to only have the base vBulletin set with posts, forums, settings and members. 3.0.x hacks are file-based and most don't work on 3.5/3.6.
