I'm curious, what could I miss?
Fresh install. I changed to UTF-8 in Language manager.
Fresh install. I changed to UTF-8 in Language manager as well as "$config['Mysqli']['charset'] = 'utf8';"
I turned off the Censorship Options in vB Options to make sure.
My foreign characters are not showing up properly. What could I miss, any help would be appreciated.
