Auto-Sticky new threads in certain forums

Is it possible for a mod to be made, which stickies new threads that are made automatically, for a specific amount of time, that the admin sets? I'm actually astonished that something like this was never made, or that i have seen anyways.

Yeah I definetely would find it useful, but there seems no option nor mod like that :(
