Well done. Has a nice Web 2.0 feel. My only complaint is the cramming of Firefox down my throat.
I have Firefox. I choose to use IE 7.0 right now. I'm not going to change. Annoy me with Firefox logos, and I just won't visit the site.
My suggestion? Put a link, a single link, be it image or text, in your FOOTER. You're going to drive more people away than you will get click-thru revenue for.

dont work fine in ie :(That's when you have to go in and make it optimized for both. Actually, don't stop at "both". Do them all.
It's a pain in the ass at times, but it's worth it. Traffic is very very important to a community, and you have a nice start here. I don't see why you should not support other browsers.
It's bad practice, in my opinion.
Nice style, by the way. Seems a little cluttered on the homepage, but nothing too extreme.

You're willing to alienate the majority of internet users (http://www.w3schools.com/browsers/browsers_stats.asp) simply because you don't want to cross-browser optimize? Yikes.
