Parse URLs

Anyone knows the vBulletin function that parses URLs in a message? Like

This message has a link:
http://www.google.com


The function would transform the link into a clickable HTML link.

Also should this function be used before or after the BBCode parser?

Doesn't the bbcode parser also parse url's?

I figured this out. vBulletin actually adds [ url ][ /url ] to links when the message is posted, and not when the message is shown.

(just posting in case someone finds this topic by searching the forums)
