A little stuck :)

A download a backup of my forum through the control panel of my admin section on the forum. You no the part at the bottom download backup. it is in .sql format so i was wondering how i upload it back onto my forum? As i was hacked before but have this backup.

phpmyadmin.. which is in cpanel inside mysql database if you have cpanel hosting.
