Quoting a post that has a quote already?

I was looking for a mod that when you quote a post and there is already a quote in the post you're wanting to quote that it will include the original post you quoted verbatim. Kinda like the way PHP forum acts I think?

What I am looking for is something that does the same as it does within a PM reply but on posts.
