Arcade - No frontpage info showing

As you can see in the picture above, there is no information being shown on my forums front page from the arcade.

vBulletin 3.6.4, arcade v2.6.1+


Does anyone have any ideas on how I can correct this?

When I place the mouse pointer over the " ? arcadevba " table title which is normally linked, it fails to recognise it as a link.

The HTML code shown in page source when I highlight :-
