Nah not impossible at all but gonna be expensive to do. I do work like this all the time. It's not easy BUT it CAN be done. ;)

if you're lucky, and WoW has a fansite pack like a few other mmo's do, the psd MIGHT be included which would make it easier. O_o

otherwise, the fact that it's a animted gif really makes it harder. >.<
