Lost my sql database

I was deleting an old database in cpanel and i clicked delete on my forums database instead of the one i was deleting, is there anyway to recover my data?

well it turns out mysql is not backup... :( so now i need to recreate my database with vbulletin, what is the best way to go about doing this? Should i start with fresh installation or just re upload the install script?
