Installing style

I'm still pretty new at this forum running stuff, so I have yet another 'newb' question I would like some help with.

How exactly would I go about installing a style-in specific this one https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=134676&page=2 ?

It tells you in the instructions in the .zip file ;)

If it doesnt have instructions, upload the images and the .xml file, cant say where to upload the images as a lot are different.

I found that, but what confuses me is this part...

2. Upload the 'blak-ice' folder found within 'upload' folder into your main forum directory.

I can't find this upload folder. Everything inside the zip is GIF, thumbs, or XML's. The rest are just attachments like buttons and text etc.
