i hope i can get help for this from some coders.
heres what i want to do. I want to put a list of URL's in my left column. The forum is related to Porxies so i want to be able to give my members a chance to get more traffic to their sites.
im hopeing someone here can help me with the code ill need to insert in one of the blocks on the left side.
the forum URL is : http://www.proxyusers.net
im looking for a code that will do this -
- give all th URLs to be at the top. change the list every 30 minutes or so.
- scroll if possible with a very slow speed. (not necessary tho)
- once the URL is clicked open a new window for the URL
- blend with the colors of the forum
