Forum Leaders thing

Is there a way to mix up the usergroups on the forum leaders page into the moderating team bits? So effectively, you'd have Admins >> Super Mods >> Mods in the usergroups. But then, instead of mixing these usergroups into alphabetical order in a moderating team table, the forums that they moderate would be listed with the user in the usergroups section.
