Graphic Display Mod for Forums (right of description)?

Ok, I've spent two hours wading through searches and I can't find it.... :o

I know I saw a MOD on here where one could imbed a graphics file in the same line as the forum description. It was a mod that put the graphic to the far right side of the description.

Anyone point me to it for v3.6.4?
