Trash Can for Deleted Posts

In IPB we had a feature called Trash Can, where a forum is reserved for deleted threads and posts. Every posts or thread deleted by a moderators used to end up in the trash rather than get totally wiped out, which was good for reference. I was wondering if that same feature is available in vBulletin and if not, is there a mod to do so?

I'm sorry I tried this one but it didn't work. It moved only threads and if I disable permission for normal database deletion of threads for moderators the recycle bin gets diabled too. I wanted a feature where the threads or posts would be moved to a Trash Can forum which I set up, when the thread or post is deleted by a moderator. I do not want disputes because of total dissappearance of posts.
