Okay, my very generic, and more forum management than style tips:
Get a custom style on the forum, as apart from a logo, it is the exact vBulletin default, which does not look professional. This includes status icons, post icons, smilies, actually, probably forget the smily bit, but the smilies are not showing up in FireFox, only text.
Try and get a bit more member activity, as 4000- posts for 67 members is not exactly a great number and many people despise inactive forums.
Try and make the logo blend into the background somewhat, as there is a white border round in FireFox.
Try and fill up many of the 1-2 post forums, as that makes the forum look dead. The Wiki looks fine though.

Ok, I'm working on the style right now. I've got a new Joomla based layout I'm putting the final touches on right now. Custom graphics and templates so it will be cool.
The one or two post forums were opened today and already have some traffic on them. Regarding the user activity levels, how would you go about increasing that?

Make sense, it not being finished yet.

Also sounds logical. I'm not sure personally how to increase the user activity, but maybe some interesting topics every day and forum games would?

I'm tackling it from the perspective of trying to keep interesting content in there on a daily basis. The last month RL has kept me away from the forums for the most part but I'm hoping to be able to make daily posts to keep people's attention. Reaching a critical mass is surprisingly difficult!
