Well my site is still really new, less than a week old, I think im well on the way though. Just have to get my name out there. Its a site mostly about gaming and there is a section for GFX and Halo 2 (halo 2 is huge right now). I have picked to very nice skins in my eyes and have installed some pretty good mods. I decided I didnt want a homepage for the fact it would just be a waste, when all the real action is in the Vbulletin itself. So please tell me what you think, so far I have got nothing but good reviews.

Too many forums, IMHO. I would consolodate for now, and expand when there's a need. Too many individual forums with little to no posts don't exactly encourage participation.
To me, this is the biggest Faux pas for most starting communities. In the beginning, you're going to need to sort of direct the members where to post. Give them a smaller sandbox.

OKay ive tried to cut down, anyone have any ideas on what else could go, and remember my sites only been up 4 days now, so posts are coming. Also im getting alot of visitors (Today: 97, Yesterday: 723, Total: 820) to be exact, but few are registering, any tips on how I can improve this?
